Default SRS Light Trouble Codes - Lets get some info on them....

Guys there is a serious lack of info on srs codes for preludes, and the helms is no help due to the fact that it requires you to buy the test connector from honda. A list of the flashed out codes would be wonderful.

To get the codes out, you just jump the same connector that you would to read CEL codes.

Thanks in advance for anything you guys can contribute, maybe like if civic codes are the same and all.

Thanks
Matt

If you can, shoot me a PM, it is hard to check the threads at work, if you do not mind.

No, it is a yellow connector under the driver side dash

You do a power steering rack or the car in a accident before?

well guys i figured my problem out, if you ever change the spool, make sure to line the arrow straight up and have the yellow dot on the bottom left in the indicated spot.....about two turns back from full clockwise

to do the memory reset, you use the 3 pin connector under the radio

Are the SRS codes the same for Accords as the Prelude? I have a 22 DTC reading for a 96 Honda Accord. One site said this meant "Increase resistance on passenger airbag inflator."...whatever that is!
