Do The CTR headlights Use The H4 Bulbs still?

I'm debating whether or not I should purchase CTR headlights but can they use the normal H4 bulbs or do I need the H4H bulbs?

They use the same bulbs. H4H bulbs are on the japanese eg hatches and the the older japanese integras with the one piece headlights.
