Anybody have electrical knowledge????
I just dropped my motor back in my car, and now only my passenger side low beam works, not the right side or the right side high beam. The high beam light stays on constantly on the dash and the passenger high beam when it does come on its really dim. I have checked all the fuses and the bulbs are ok. I am really stumped as hell on this one......
Any idea's of what to check next????????

Check relay first...should be instructions for testing it in a helms/haynes. If that isnt the problem, I would look into shorted wires, maybe you nicked some or something when dropping in the motor. GL
Checked the fuses, used a test light for the sockets and I have no juice there also..... I will check the relays but everything was good before the motor came out...... thanks for the help, will keep you guys posted.
Where would I find the grounds at???? There is one on the radiator support, I did repaint that and had the bolts powdercoated.....
sounds like your problem is the grounds. clean the powder coat off the bottom of the bolt and clean the paint off the core support.

Did you check the fuses under the hood and inside the car? If so then I would run a continuity test on the circut and find the damaged wiring, if you have no power to the socket for the light.
Wow.... I just checked it again, the low beam bulb has the slightest lil glow to it, just enough to make the filament red..... and the high beam slightly lights up, but only when the parking lights are on lol.
Where do I find the relays at???? they are not under the hood.
The only thing that is different from when the motor was in before is I removed the A/C, and removed the washer fluid resivoir and the cruise control, all which happen to be on the same side as the problematic headlight. This is a real stumper
Is the ground the wire next to the ground that goes to my engine block in the above pic???? also, right under and slightly to the left of that ground there are 2 boxes that are mounted to a bracket.... I unpluged them and it did nothing so I am assuming those are not the relays

I just checked the manual on that model integra, doesn't look like they use a headlight relay like some other Honda/Acuras.
It may be like what the other are saying regarding the ground or wires.
Here is an image of some ground points:

Ooh..... I forgot to mention I also now have a trunk mounted battery....... I unscrewed that G151 bolt and touched the wire to the ground on the engine and nothing happened. Then again the bolt where the engine mount is also painted
I will chip away some paint where G151 & G2 is tomorrow..... The guy that did my powder coating just did the bolt heads though, not the threads.... Thanks for the help

if the bulb is dim it is for sure a ground issue, there is a ground strap that goes from the trans to the body, also one from the valve cover to the core support, as previously mentioned even if they are connected undo them and make sure you have good contact, clean up contact surfaces.

Thanks.... will do tomorrow.
I just went outside and checked it in the dark....
1. the right turn signal indicator in the dash stays on, along with the highbeam light
2. no highbeams unless the parking lights are just one, and they are very dim
3. no driver headlight at all
4. when highbeams do go on, the passenger and only working light goes off
some other things too, I am going to go over the grounds tomorrow and use a multi meter to check the resistances etc...... anything other I should check?

if you have a bad connection, pinched/damaged wire the resistance will be high, if you check resistance on both harnesses you can see if one side is bad. You have to assume the circuit on th working headlight is good, if the resistance is considerably higher on the other circuit then you confirm its a wireing/connector problem.

I have no intake, its a turbo car.... I just did not have what ghetto rig I could whip up on the car yet, when the picture was taken the motor was just ready to be started. The rig I made is a 2 1/4 charge pipe with a HKS 3" megaflow...lol
Also running an open header

check your ground boxes, they are yellowish with alot of black wires running into it. they are on the main wiring harness for the engine bay. i had one disconnect and i had similar symptoms as you.
