hp gain with Spoon balanced pistons ?
How many hp gain can i expect from the Spoon balanced pistons on my 98 ITR.
How many hours to install it ?

The general rule of thumb is 1% hp gain for every point of compression.
With the JDM/Spoon piston you should increase to 11.1:1 from 10.6:1 so you are looking at a maximum of 8 hp at around 8000 rpm (peak hp). If you decide to use them it would be a good idea to instal a thinner head gasket (2 layers) and bump the compression to 11.4:1 (while the head is removed).

it should be more like about 2% for every point, but a point = 1.0, not 0.1
