Horn Relay? Do our cars even use one?
Have searched.
The problem: 89 CRX Si, no horn, fuses are fine-- horns beep with a voltage but with the horn button I get nothing
Before I go tracing the wires, I'd like to know if there is a horn relay somewhere in the fusebox. Where is it? Do our cars even have one? TIA homies

I'd say they would because most EF's (well all 4 of mine did) run 2 horns, and you wouldn't run all that current through the wussy little horn button contact from the wheel to the steering column. Check for a broken horn contact behind the steering wheel but other than that I can't help ya.
look for it under the passenger's side headlight
am pretty sure there's one coz i did rewire completely wiretucking stuffs under the hood.

I think I read your thread. Those relays were for a/c correct? I will check anyways, thanks

look carefully, there's one rectangular shaped black box aside from the a/c condenser, compressor and rad fan relays
reason being i replaced my old stock OE twin horns with stebel air horn

Nope, they dont have a horn relay. Do your brake lights work, they use the same fuse.
