why is my cv axel poping out help please

i just change it was smooth but when i turned it poped out a half inch so when i start off in 1st and rev it shakes and i dont like it help me please

I've been agreeing with this gentleman all night, and I will here again. Make sure you used the correct axles and double check them to make sure they're installed correctly.

i put it in all the way but ill do it again and autozone only have the 1.6 and 1.5 axel should i trade for the 1.5 axel are they longer, its like a( 1/2 inch shorter 1.6)

Get the axle that is meant for your car. I don't know off the top of my head what the correct length is.

I didn't re-install mine right when I replaced the clutch. the axel popped out since I didn't tap them in, I only pushed them in. but then again you might want to listen to these other gentlemen who know their stuff more than i do

Tapping or pushing. Just make sure it gets in there correctly. If this is your first time installing axels, think of it like some other times when you've had to get something in a hole on your first time. If you had difficulty than, chances are you're having difficulty now. Good luck.

yeah i'd never taken an axel off before until a couple months ago, when i had a crx. the first time i just pushed it in, didnt' seem like it was gonna come out, then i drove around and then i heard a pop and i couldnt go anywhere. I searched H-T and found out i had to tap it in with a hammer until I could feel it click in.
I'll tell you waht, it was a good expirence lol

its not 1/2 inch it clicked i think its ok now and i been installing axel fine for 3 years now and this is the one that got me today thanks yall
