Pretty straight forward, what's the stock rev limiter on a P28 ECU in a 95 EX (D16Z6). Or is there no rev limiter and you can just wind it out until it blows? And don't say "it won't let you go past 7200 RPMs because that's where the redline is" because that's bullshit... -- ECU is NOT chipped nor altered, nor is anything else that would affect the rev limiter

They have a limiter for a reason..thats how high you can go. Not that you should go to rev limit every gear every day, but its not gonna blow if you take it to limiter.
On all the ex's i've seen it wont let you go past 7200.

Thank you, nutless..
The P28 is NOT stacked and I brought it up to 8k, but I'll prolly hav eto agree with SVOboy, it was probably inaccurate, although it's accurate at idle RPMs so it can't be too far off, I don't usually push it that hard but I was passing somebody who didn't want me to pass them (I Hate pple like that) -- Anyways, I was just thinking, it went to 8, I thought there was some kinda governor that wouldn't let me dip beyond like 7.5k

No, I don't, had a code 43 fuel supply system, changed the fuel filt, haven't had a cEL since, d/c the neg term for 30 mins, r/c, no codes flash..
I’m very disappointed in seeing what actually goes on in these Honda-Tech forums that used to be respected. 😞
for the people saying to rev out your engine to figure out if it’s chipped- what the hell? Just take a Phillips head screw driver, take the cover off of your ecu and look for a socket/eprom/chip. THAT is how you see if it’s chipped.
for The kid asking about should I take my b18c1 to 9.3k stock internals, start back at step one- you said you have a SPOON chip. Please go do some research on how much work they do to their motors before they beat on them like your about to.
also, do some MORE research on b18c1 powerband power curve so that you understand more about shift points and that higher rev does not mean infinitely higher power. Once you understand how to drive your particular stock GSR see if that chip is re-programmable and have your local tuner put a Much safer and practical 8200 rev limit on the chip. Otherwise take that spoon chip out and throw a new chip in there.
If you are obsessed with revving high, you better get to building that top end first, then the block.
