Problem with E Brake adjustment
After installing a new drivers side rear caliper i noticed my ebrake was extremely loose, so after pulling the center councel i noticed the cable on the drivers side was about an inch longer then the passenger side, is there somthing i need to do at the caliper to adjust it?

I had kinda the same issue.. i just adjusted the nut under the console enough so that when the ebrake wasn't pulled, the tightest side would jspin, but barely catch. after breaking in my pads, i checked again, and tightened it up some more and as my pads broke in, they evened out i htink and now the brakes are pretty close to being the same when i pull the ebrake.
when you look at the cable adjuster and there is one side longer than the other, when you tighten it, it seems liek the design allow for even tension.. because of the pivot point.. think about it.. if one cable was tight, and one loose, when you urned the nut to tighten, it woudl pivot around the center and not pull the tight cable anymore.. just break in your pads or drive for a while and chekc it in a day or two and then once a week afterthat for a few weeks, i'm sure it'll work its way out
