I am in the process of getting my built H22 up and running, and I am getting ready to adjust the valves on the head but when I turn the key to ignition 2 to make sure there are no leaks and I have fuel press, all of the lights get really dim, and they randomly flash and I get this loud noise that seems to be coming from the back of the car, and I have no clue what is going on, and I am scared to leave it on ign 2, and another thing is that after I do that I always get a small shock when I get out of the car. Since the car has last run I have gotten a built motor/ head, clutch, diff, 6 gauges, EBC, Wideband, removed A/C & PS, and it's really hard to know whats going on since I have changed so many things, so if anyone has seen this before let me know, thanks.

So I just tried to crank it again, and all accesory light flash rappidly and the car still wont crank.

 

looks like battery is dead. try charging it, replace, or jump start

 

Recheck and double check all of your grounding points.

 

I ordered a new battery, since I was still using the original one, hopfully that is the problem, thanks.
