If your sure there is no air in the system you should just go ahead and pull the tranny out since your going to have to anyway.
Does the pedal feel limp when you push it?

you know i dont have the answer to this. I would just like to say that it might be smart to put topic in the title of your post. even if you just put "clutch problem" or "clutch wont disengage". that way when people run into the same problem as you they will be able to find the answer in your post and they wont have to ask the same question you did. dont take this as a flame just trying to be helpful.

are you sure your clutch wont disengage? maybe the tranny is messed up. my boy had a problem where you can put the shifter in any gear and it dont go anywhere.

sounds like the release bearing is binding on the shaft, but if thats the case the pedal would most likely be stuck on the floor. what do you mean it wont disengage, like you cant take it out of gear, take it out of gear and it act like its still in gear or what???

the tranny is not making any werid noises and it cam out of a known running and driving car i actually test drove it to make sure i wasnt getting a tranny with grinds in it ............. i can drive the car but if i go to stop and dont have it in neutral the car stalls since it wont disengage
