No.
No USDM EM1 was equipped with ABS. Period. Canadian EM1s had ABS standard.
ABS was standard on the '96-00 EX sedan, and optional on the '96-00 EX coupe and the '96 LX sedan.

Only the EX had optional ABS. Si was never offered the option. If you go to http://www.slhondaparts.com, when selecting a trim level for a coupe it goes ---> DX, EX, EX ABS, Si.
