Lets see your painters tape
I just painters taped my oem jdm lip and i just wanted to see some pics or how good/bad painters taped parts look. I was gunna put it on till i get a new one

My oem lip was cracked and looked like ****, so i just taped up the whole thing. Just wanted to see what other people did to their stuff. Post pics with anyone has a lip installed thats taped up

At the track they ususally put it on their lights and such so if an accident happens platics and other things wont fly all over the track

actually its not just for the track, I know people who do that crap just to be **** about their paint jobs when they drive on the interstate, but hey..if I just droped like 5 k on a perfect paintjob that matches oem..or is even better, I'd probably keep my car clean of rock chips, and painters tape is specifically designed not to leave residue after you peal it off, or pull up paint!

or, you could just use that clear plastic **** that you put over your front bumper thats meant to protect it without looking like a douche

wow, so far I see pictuers of cars that are non track cars doing this. They're either show cars or daily beaters that are both scared to scratch up alittle paint.

that track is clean as fawk, only thing you need to tape up is the headlights (acident purposes).
If you guys are so worried about paint chips and scratching. Why not get 3m clear bars?
