Default Buying' Used Cam's....

What should i look for when buying used cam-shafts? I mean...is this a part that can wear easily and/or lose power over-time from high mileage or anything like that? Ive never heard that to be true but want some re-assurance

Im going to look at some used s2s1's and was told they have around 10k miles. I was told there perfect condition but were indeed used for about 10,000 miles on a daily driver'......

any info would be appreciated

Be carefull there are scamers out that tell you it is this or that cam but it not. You need to learn how to tell what your looking at. It happened to me cost me $300 ouch. Dan

skunk cams are especially hard to confirm they are authentic, they have some lame *** scribed readings on the ends that anyone can make...

i would have then checked with a cam doctor or equal to ensure they are authentic via specs etc....unless the seller has plenty of vouches etc..
