You have a few choices, I put a grd dist. Block under my cup holder in the center consol. All you need is a self taping screw and you are in busines.
Bu were were you going to put the switch, I can help you out better to make it as clean as pos if I know were ur going to put it

There are so many places to ground do u have one of those cheap testers w/ the flashlight bulb and a wire w/ an aligator clip(radio shack +++)

wlamart foggies haha. me too, you don't need the in car ground for anything except for the switch to light up red, and to be honest with you, its kind of annoying because its pretty bright red. I had that switch for about a week before i forgot to turn it off almost everytime i got out of my car, so i just got a bosch relay and hooked it into my lights, so they turn on and off with my lights.

If people want to install different than OEM foglights I always reccomend they just buy the Honda wire harness just so you can know for sure it's hooked up right. Since Honda sells the two seperate you can put in whatever lights you want.

the car is chassis grounded so any metal connected to the car's unibody is a source.

there's place that will have a better ground than the other, stay out the area with the radio, and most importantly the SRS system ground.

that or rag up a relay, it's annoying to have to turn it on and off manually

My '81 Volvo had remote controled foglights. I killed my battery more than a few times with those...

i got them on, and the switch is just rigged up between the door and the inside part of the door. i dont know where im going to put the switch... i got to figure out how to wire it inside through the firewall without ******* somthing up, i was thinking going through the driverside fender where most of the wiring goes...would that require taking off the fender totally?

Its always better not to see the wires. Well it makes you, "the installer" look better when someonelse looks at your work. Use the gromet!!!!!!

yeah you don't want to run your wires in from your door anyways, atleast thats what i think your doing. You run the risk of pinching them and then shorting them out which could cause a fire.
