Default Re: removing your ebrake cables on your ek? (EKcivichatch)

-First you should disconnect the cables from each caliper. This is simple & self explanitory by looking at them.
-Next remove the e-brake cover.
-Now disconnec the cables from the e-brake lever (self explanitory).
-Get under the car & disconnect all the bolts that hold down each cable.
-next remove a the bolts that couple the rear exhaust section from the cat.
-now remove the heat sheild that located above the exhaust (under the e-brake handle).
-pull the cable grommets out of their holes from underneath the car.
-pull the cables through the holes in the floorboard (where the grommets were).
-pull entire cable through trailing arm towards the back & remove from car.
-open beer
-enjoy
