Default Few question on my completed h22 to accord swap

I just finished up my prelude to accord swap and everything seems to be running fine. However, have a few weird things going on. 1st when I start the car, the car does not want to go in any gear at all. I have to play with the shifter then eventually it will start working, until I restart the car, then it does the same thing again, and from there I have to play with again so and so on. Could this be the clutch cylinder? Second when I reach a certain RPM or speeds over 60 miles an hour, I get a check engine light. It will not do this in speeds under 60 miles an hour or at moderate rpm’s. I have no knock sensor could this be the reason. It true as well with no knock sensor I will throw a code when V-tec engages.

The gearing problem could be the slave cylinder or master cylinder and the CEL could be a speed sensor.

check the check engine light. most likely its your knock sensor though cause you said its not even there. it should turn on around 4 k in my experience.

Na, here you go yes your hesitation problem is from no knock sensor. I had the same issue, got everything hookedup and took it for a test drive and it did the same thing. It was the knock sensor I forgot to hook it up. As for the clutch issue, did you bleed the clutch line, if so do it again there may be some air trapped in the system since you had it all apart there is a lot of air to get out.

If you need any more help just IM me or post it here. I am no expert in this subject but I did go through a lot when I did my swap.

Thx for your help I’m going to have a shop install my new autotensioner, while doing that I’ll have them bleed the clutch line. A few other weird things, first off I want to mention I’m running a b16 igniter and coil. For some reason my tach does not work, but my speedometer works though. I also have no turn signals. I did check my fuses and everyone seems fine. Other these issues the car drives very smooth.
