Default Finally finished the civic, but I got some issues (lights!!! ARGH)

Ok, so I got my *** in gear and finished up most of the civic. It's running and pulls good. Got some issues tho. Hmm, let's start...

1. Turn signals don't work
2. Tach, heat gauge and fuel gauge don't work, speedo isn't plugged in yet (too lazy to yank old wire out of tranny)
3. Not other lights except for battery light is on, but the battery is fine and so is the alternator. The belt was loose on the alternator (original alternator bursted into flames on me on the test drive, brother replaced it while I was fixing the cooling system, dont trust other people to do **** all) and it ran the battery dead, then I fixed it and it ran good. But now the only light that works is the battery. Not only that, but all other other lights, including the fuel gauge and tach, turns signals aswell, used to work prior to this.
4. Brakes feel loose and weak, even tho it's brand new all around and the system was bleed 150% (we kept over doing it for fun)

My ideas to the problem:
1, 2 and 3. Battery still needs more jucie for things to go back to normal (it's a Red top)
4. Bad MC, or not bolted in all the way. I had it out when I changed my pedals over, I'll go over the bolts again tonight.

Thank alot guys.

Anyone have the location for the fuse? My crx dash was missing it's fuse cover when I swapped dashes, and I threw away the old blue one.
