Has the ABS got a ECU?? If yes where is it located? Thanks

 

rear passenger side.. (towards the front) of the speaker.. under the "molded arm rest" in the rear seat...

Chris, can I just take the ABS ECU out and disable the ABS?

 

I dunno, there is an easier way, remove the fuse...

(but I dont know where is is... hehe)

Its under the hood in the fuse box somewhere.... but I never looked and dont know which one exactly..

I have a Helms at home, but I will not get to it until tomorrow.

 

Yes I have looked at it, it has atleast 4 fuses in it, donno which one to take out, will be good if you can let me know tomorrow. Have a good day.

 

Are you trying to disable the ABS permanently?

 

After i fitted the new suspension the ABS comes on too early

oops sorry....
Fuse # 16 (7.5A) under the dash controls the ABS, BUT also the rear window de-fogger.

Under the hood there is a fuse that will disable the ABS, along with the horn/Horn Relay and brale lights


I do not see any dedicated ABS fuses...
