Default Problem with my radiator fan, goes off and on after the key is out of ignition

so yeah the problem started about a month ago, at first, after shutting off the car, the fan would go on for 10-15 mins (never used 2 do that before) then 2 weeks later (2 weeks ago from today, till now) the fan will go off and on after i park my car and take the key out,
the fan will go Vrooom for like 20 seconds cut for 3 seconds, come on for another 5 seconds then go off.. THEN on for another min....

What car is it on? Have you uninstalled it and reinstalled it since the incident started?

Um hate to tell you but thats pretty normal. Thats why there should be a warning sticker on the fan shroud or in the owners manual. Cars fans will come on even with no key in the ing. after its heated and needs to cool off. If it bothers you so bad try a radiator flush maybe the fluid is old and its durability has broken down causing it to not properly cool the engine.

Hope I helped a little.

It seems like your radiator fan timer has gone/ going bad. When this is happening drop your glovebox down and unplug the black box behind the brace to the right and see if it quits.
The timer looks like this.
