Default questions on LS/Vtec

In my 92 civic hatch that I just bought I have b18b block with jdm si head, titanium retainer, mugen chip, 4-2-1 dc headers, intake, 2.5 piping, and exhaust. What other modification should I do to attain more power? I prefer to go naturally aspirated so i am thinking about changing the LS transmission to GSR, adding juns cams, cam gears, type R Or skunks 2 manifold, 4-1 headers for top end, ACT clutch and weapon R fuel regulators. Am i doing the right thing by planning to add these modifications. Or perhaps it would be cheaper to go turbo. Thanks for your response in advance

depends on what pistons you have in there. if its a high compression engine you might as well stick with a N/A build up. If its a lower comression engine..go turbo.

I'm going to swing out on a limb here and guess that you have a stock bottom end huh. Well the first think I would do is grab your a set of P73, PR3, or P30 pistons. You will have a considerable raise in compression. Then cams next, along with lots of tuning on a dyno.

Just change out the LS block with CTR pistons. And install some Skunk2 cams or Jun3 cams if you can find some. Upgrade the valve springs, get the ITR intake manifold, get the cam gears, and FPR. Tune that thing and it will be in the low 13’s
get a B16 hydro tranny/or GSR trans.

thanks for the information. I am a newbie here on this forum and I appreciate all of your response. Where would be a good place to get all these mods without costing me a fortune?
