throttle cable probz?

throttle cable probz?

well im sure it is...but when i come to a stop..my car idles high...about 1.5 2 k...and if i put my foot behind my gas pedal and push towards me, the idle drops to normall...is my cable jus worn out? it is the original one i believe.

i had the same problem! just adjust the cable at the throttl body until it reads the correct rpms! mine was idling at 3k then i adjusted it down to around 750-800rpms

Mine does the EXACT same thing. Sometimes it works fine, but sometimes it "sticks." I think it could be the pedal "return spring" also...
