D15B(JDM) with PM3-12 Head code

D15B(JDM) with PM3-12 Head code
I have a jdm d15b and have no vtec silenoid. All there is, is a flange with 2 bolts on the back of the block. The flange is capped with a piece of metal. can someone give me the info on the PM3-12 head code please.
