ok so i have a couple of questions..My brothers ITR is boosted and we were thinking about getting a new intake manifold..my brother has a buddy that is going to sell him his Edelbrock VictorX mani for $150 and my qustion is would his stock ITR throttle body be compatable with that maifold? and would he have to custom fab his intake pipe to make it fit with that mani? THANKS AGAIN HONDA-TECH!!

i posted in the forced induction forum, and no one wrote back..i did some research for my brother and called some shops and they didnt know.. AND HTIS IS MY BROTHERS ITR, i could never afford one! lol..but i have a hatch

To answer the question, the ITR throttlebody will bolt up fine to the VictorX, however the opening on the VictorX is 66mm (or 68mm...), so you will be adding a restriction.

If you want, your brother can order a DBL throttlebody, they are relatively inexpensive and would match the inlet size of the JG manifold.
