removing touch up paint?

hey guys, i put some touch up pain on my hood. and my lil sister touched it dirty hands. now there is a big circle of dirty touch of paint on my hood. any one knows how to remove this stuff?

carb cleaner on a cotton towel, but just wipe lightly only the are you want the paint to come off on. your factory clear coat should be strong enough to where only the touch up will be removed
