Just bought '95 EX. ABS light won't go off.
Just bought the car yesterday and love it. But the ABS light is on, and also I did a brake-check in the rain, and all 4 locked up!
So I guess the ABS isn't working. Is there a fuse/relay for the ABS unit? Or am I looking at an expensive fix?
Thanks in advance!

I've topped off the fluid in the unit itself. Also unplugged the battery, incase an ECU reset could help.
What I've noticed: The ABS light, accompanied by an audible "click" under the dash only happens after I've moved forward a few feet. This of course is, each time I get in the car after being stopped and the car turned off.
What's up?

Read the codes... Jumper the same test connector that you do for check-engine codes. The ABS light will flash instead of the check engine light (or along with it if there's any CEL codes).
ABS codes are all short flashes. Each code is 2 numbers separated by a short pause. Additional codes are separated by a long pause. Like this...
Insert the jumper.
Turn on the key - ABS light on then off, this isn't the code yet.
Count flashes for 1st half of first code, short pause, count flashes for 2nd half.
Long pause.
Count flashes for 1st half of next code, short pause, count flashes for 2nd half.
etc...

My car that I just got has the same problem, I'm not too worried about it tho, my old car didn't have ABS.. so makes no difference to me..
