ok first of all i searched and found the article on the FITV..i read it did exactly what it said and it still didnt solve the proble...my frens crx has a b16 in it and it was running good b4 with no idle prob...just a few days ago the idle started fluctuating and idleing at 2500...thef fluctuating just stopped but the high idle is still the prob...i checked for all vacuum leaks and found none, checked the FITV and took it apart and put it back but still same thing...very stumped any help would be appreciated..thanks

 

has the throttle cable been adjusted at all? If he "blips" the gas, will it idle back to normal? If the above hasn't been touched, then I would think about cleaning out the throttle body with carb cleaner, see if the butterfly is not closing all the way.
