Default FS/FT: 99 Milano EM1 Shell | Perfect project to finish | Georgia

For Sale | For Trade: Mint Rolling Chasis 99 Milano Red EM1
Location: Marietta, GA 30066
Price: $7,000 Not firm, but not in a hurry - Defintely willing to lower price deducting parts not needed; this is a sweet project for those serious, and I take that into account and wont force you to pay more and hinder your plans.
Miles: 72,xxx

This car has been babied for all her life; garaged all the time, almost never seen rain. There are plenty of people on HT who have seen my car and can vouch for it. I don't know anyone else who would drive 1500 miles to store a car for the winter.
I am the 2nd owner, I own the the perfect title to this car as well.
I've known the original owner and the car before I purchased it; so I can guarantee it's been in good care its whole life, otherwise even I wouldn't have bought it.

The car as is stands as a rolling chasis.
It was a b18c hybrid till the 3rd rod (p72) blew a hole in front of the motor.
Full story - Click me

I have been slowly getting parts for her to come alive once again but I live 750miles away from the car (going school in Chicago, car is located in GA with my family) and progress is slow. I don't have much time and I live in an apartment now so it's impractical for me to kinker with it. I've been scammed many times for a motor and other parts to get her running it's not even funny. Someone even came to my parents house to look at the car, he was interested and took my wastegate upon purchasing the car, and I never heard from him again. So I will NOT part out, living 750 miles away, it's too hard to part and trust people.

I have to be honest, I am only taking SUPER SERIOUS CONSIDERATIONS. After 2 years of flakes and scams, I just don't don't have time to care about it, and I've lost interest. I've got a life in Chicago, and I can't be worrying about some shell in GA that I see twice a year. So if you're totally committed, it's on your head to grab this. I will do everything on my end, but remember that it takes two to tango.

Yea maybe if the car had a salvage title; $3-4k you must be suffering from retardation.
Obviously it isn't mint, don't know why he said it but what difference does it make, he lists all the minor details unlike 99% of sellers. Don't think he was trying to fool anyone so don't take it to personal and don't get get all PMS over 500 dollars of damage, if that. The car is still worth it considering the care, mods and miles but idiot lowballers never see that. Still reasonably under of KBB, about a price of a b16.

Thanks!

Just to clear up some questions from some PMs.
It is only needing a B16 longblock, however, a B18 will need a different ECU, since the one that comes with the car is a p28.

Seriously, you're **** out of luck until you put a motor in it. The value's going down about $5,000 just because it's missing a simple motor.

Hit up the junkyards, throw a motor in it and drive it to Chicago.

I'm not very firm nor am I in a hurry to sell. But I'm not going to chase an offer like 4 grand like some idiots may think. Obviously their plans are to grab this shell, swap it and sell it to make easy money.

The car just sits in GA as is. I can either wait for a reputable buyer now or wait till next year when I finish school to come down and do a swap and then maybe sell it.
I am always open for suggestions to lower the price by subtracting uneeded parts, that is totally fine by me. I am not here to get rich, I'm just searching for a serious and honest deal.

I've had a crap load of interest and the car's been for sale for quite some time, hence there are too many flakers, time will find a serious buyer, that's all I ask for. Until then, I'd rather not waste my time for senseless haggling, if you really want it, put your money where your mouth is and set a deal, a down payment and hell, I might even fly 800miles to meet you.

Interesting sell. Can't really wrap my head around the price though. Looks like a good car however. Any pics of the engine bay?
