Default B18C JRSC Engine Sputtering / Choking When Driving

I was driving in the rain the other day, and the car was running fine, Then the engine light came on which ended up being the 02 sensor, I went under the car and re-wired it because a wire came off. I reset the ecu and then started it up again. The car seems to idle fine, and when I push the clutch in its fine, but when I give it gas at all seems to be struggling . I havent started the car in a couple of days prior to this, and before I parked the car the fuel gauge was low. Could this be just low fuel, or could this be that the temperature outside is cold? I know I have both possibilites, Im hoping its low fuel, but just wanted to see what anybody else thought.

B18c1 GSR JRSC @ 11psi
Walbro 255l/h Fuel Pump
Currently JUN ECU, GSR Injectors (waiting to get the base map for my RC's)
SARD Fuel Pressure Regulator
STR Fuel Rail

This car was running fine lately as is, and only started choking after the 02 sensor messed up. I currently do not have any engine lights on.
