Default Metal? for h23 block on majestic honda

I am building an h23vtec (no this isnt an h23vtec question) i am workin on making a list of parts i need to order from honda (well hondaautomotiveparts.com) to rebuild the block. in the below diagram for a 94 h23. they label 18-20 as "Metal (no.1)-3"?
Are these bearings for the balance shafts?, i dont remember any bearings if so.

Any help is great, thanks a lot guys

yeah man those are balance shaft bearings.

prolly dont need replaced either unless there was an oil failure of some kind. theres no pressure on them like the crank and rods so they should be ok.

or if ur gettin rid of the balance shafts you can press those bearings out and put them back in upside down to plug the oil hole.
