Default alternator took a **** :(

ok i search here looking what other year alternator will directly swap into my d16 and no luck, all i find people trying to use d16 alts on there swaps...so anyone can help a bro out and give me other alternators that will fit my honda willl be nice cause I looking on ebay for a high power alt. cause I have a system getting installed at this moment that takes power!!

Stinger makes a high output alternator for damn near everything. Hope that helped. website stingerelectronics.com

I know they make one but 300 to 400 bucks is crazy friend got one long time ago for his system...overkill for me :-)

88-95 will work. the 96-00 have a different style plug.

$20 ebay replacement and you're good to go. Personally I'd like to know where to get a replacement coil (while my car lives out the ebay swapper)

Also the plugs may be the same, but the pulleys may have a different number of teeth. This can be corrected with a pulley swap I believe

funny thing is i am looking for best wiring info on battery relocation and next thing you know it alt takes a **** lol
