Default Battery Question?

Ok so i just recently re located my battery to the trunk in my crx. The problem is when the battery is connected in the engine bay it works fine but in the back i have no power to my starter but i have power everwhere else. I don't get it, if anybody can give my some ideas why that would be great.

Might be a dumb question, but is your starter grounded? There is that one little plug that needs to be plugged in.

How did you run your wires? (what size) If you aren't using a larger wire from the battery then to a distribution block and into a couple of smaller gauge wires, you could not be carrying enough current to get your starter to turn. Just let us know.

make sure that the litle black wire that connects to your starter selenoid is conected.if its unpluged your fuel pump starts up but your starter never goes on becuse youre not opening the circuit.

power needs to go to the front, then be distributed to both the starter wire and the alternator wire. are both of them hooked to the power from the back?

run the 4ga directly to the post on the starter and them run a 8ga to the underhood fuse box, you should be good then.
