Default LaminX headlight covers?

Anyone used these on any vehicle? Let alone the 06 Civics? Would like to know how easy they are to install/apply as well as if they are worth the $60.

I don't have perosonal experience, but there are some people who have used/done this

for example
TOV Project Si has it on the headlights/taillights

here is the Skunk2 Si w/yellow film cover

Definitely worth the money. I have the clear film on my headlights, and it will prevent your headlights from getting bugs baked onto the lens, or getting rock chips all over the lens.

I just want to make sure there is no problem with removal or anything as well... if one got all scratched up in time, and needed to be replaced, i wouldnt want to peel it off, and have to find some kind of chemical to remove the glue with so that theres no blurred appearance on my lights. Thanks for the input, I'm looking to smoke out my headlight, maybe tail... not sure yet

The bubbles left when installing laminx usually go away once it has heated up.

Man, I just learned they don't have charcoal for our headlights due to heat problems. What a rip.

does anyone know of any laws on how dark you can go with headlight/tailight tint? Particularly in CA since that's where I am. I want to dark out both my front and rear.

I just installed my laminix today. Overall it looks good, but I do have bubbles. I'm taking a heat gun to it to them. Sorry the pictures are so crappy and my editing skills are just as bad!
The DRLs were on when I took this shot

I want to get the fog lights and make them yellow. I think that would look nice with NBP.

I've read on a few forums that any smoking or coloring of fog lights will melt the vinyls? They get too hot. I dont' have them on my car but I've had other cars that burned/melted through mods and stock casings. Have you heard anything. I've thought about getting the fog lights installed since Ibought the car.

I've probably posted this info a million times, but anything to help people save their money:

Laminx film [i had yellow] gets burned by the OEM fogs. Mine lasted maybe a week before they turned brown then black.

I don't know. The site doesn't specify the thickness for any COLORED film. They only mention the clear is 20mil.

Anyone use these covers on a Habi Red one yet? Also, can I use a blow dryer to get the bubbles out, or do I need some special heat gun?

I think the headlights will do the job on the heat, just go take a cruise through town for about 30 minutes, or down some side roads with your brights on for a while.
