Default I dont know which way to decide...

I am at a bit of a delima. I just picked up a new hatch, for suspension this is what sits on it right now: Spoon "street" Struts, Spoon rear upper and lower tie bar/rod, ITR front lower tie bar, and OEM front upper tower bar. I also have a ITR rear sway bar that I haven't put in yet but probably will shortly.

I need springs or coilovers. Currently those are stock. I would like to have the option of changing spring rates but at the same time i've ran RS*R springs on my last hatch and loved them. A buddy of mine swears by the swift springs and tells me to go that way.....

The car is used for general street driving, and we usally do a little gymkhana action at least once a month.

springs or coilovers and why...
