Default Help with ECU Codes and Hesitation

I'm having some issues with my 91 Civic (std w/ D15B2, PM5 ECU, 4spd tranny). The guy before me put the D15B2 in. I put the PM5 in. I should also mention that it only has a header on it. The rest of the exhaust isn't attached.

It has a CEL on right now. So I did the check for ECU codes. I got 8 short blinks followed by 19 short blinks.

Code 8 is the TDC Sensor. I have some ideas on what to try for this tomorrow (thanks to https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=468260 ). Any ideas on what the TDC Sensors go for?

Code 19 is the Automatic Lockup. But I have a manual? Any ideas on this one? The ECU code is PM5-A560 if that matters. This one kinda boggles me.

The car idles ok. You can rev it up ok in neutral (though it has some hellacious back fire & flames). The problem is when you are moving. When I get to about 10MPH ins first, the car starts to bog real bad. If I shift to 2nd, the car is ok for another 10MPH or so. I'd tell you the RPMs, but I don't have a tach.

Any ideas?

You need a PM9 ECU. That's what came with my 91 Std. (4 speed.)

PM9 is for the D15B1. I have the D15B2 (DX motor) which uses the PM5.

Son of a.... So what's the code for the manual?

I should still be able to drive with it right? Will it cause any issues (other than the cel)?

Would the manual ECU be PM5-A060? Or is it the first number I need to look for (37820)?
This one says its from a 5spd and has the A060 number.

So I fixed the TDC sensor code. The plug was barely in the socket. Plugged it in & reset the EC uand it was gone. So I figured I'd try to drive it. It still hesitates a lot when I get to about 10MPH in 1st and 20MPH in 2nd no matter how easy I am on the gas.

Is there something else I can look at? I haven't put in the other ECU yet, but I didn't figure that would cause this issue. Ideas?

Definately distributor. I took the cap off and immediately noticed something. The shaft that the rotor is on had some serious play in it.

These things aren't cheap! Local parts shops want at least $180 for one.
