WTB: CLEAN CAR in Eastern PA
Hey i am looking for a car for my girlfriend. Needs to have under 100,000. A lil over is ok. Doesn't have to be a honda. Looking to spend 4 grand or less. PA inspected is a must! stick is prefered.

Eh... you just get it transferred into your name, drive it up, and pay $50 to get it inspected, no biggie. See how MD compares to PA for inspection, their's might be *tougher*, who knows.
