My car seems to be boggin down when its idling. When I was driving this morning i would start to go it would go but with out power and then suddenly jump with power, that was while in 1st and 2nd gear and in 5th it seemed like it had no power but it would jerk at times and gain power. It seems to be backfiring when idle and it coughs
I have 95 Eg with b16a2 dc headerd cheap exhaust. thanks.
Also had minor incident wen thru mud got dirt/mud in whole car/engine had to water it down and my exhause seems to be fallin down plz if anyone could help i really need it.

Thermostat ground sounds like. Loose, corrode, partially cut. It's 4 small black wires crimped together on a ring connector

Distributer For Sure, Coil is taking a ****, car bogs and hesitates, almost as a misfire, had this problem!

 

if it keeps blogging just tell it to shutup, then replace its wires/cap/rotor/plugs and go from there.
