Default blocking oil jets??

I'm building a b18c1 for big boost. I heard that if I block my oil jets I'll get better pressure. will this cause any problems on the bottom end, lack of oil or anything like that. also does size of oil line matter running to my turbo. can I run a skinnier line for more pressure? thanks
