If you are dropping it low, I'd go with the 1st one. The 2nd one looks like it deprives you of suspension travel (taller joint than stock). THe mount vesrion is also easy to remove and install.
And don't suggest that you want these for less tire wear (unless you want the age-old battle to flare up here too), ONLY tell people on HT you want it for looks
All I know is that I didn't have odd tire wear with s-tech springs w/o a camber kit (and proper alignment), and have had no odd wear with the arm-mount ingals kit (w/o proper alignment). Also, if you get the poly bushing version, get some silicone grease (hardware store or en. suspension tube) and it won't make 'squishy' sounds.

Dear gawd, why would anyone ever recommend polyurethane for anyone who has to ask?
If you don't know you need polyurethane, then you want rubber. Rubber lasts longer, has less NVH, and doesn't require regular lubrication. Unless you need to get rid of the bushing deflection under extreme loads, rubber is in every way better.
I ran a polyurethane Ingalls kit in the front for 6 months. The squeaking drove me insane. Now I've got an SPC UCA on there, with the SPC supplied rubber bushings. Much much better for street use.
