Default More Newbieness- Check Engine Light Showing O2 Sensor...fixing it question

My search for buying a stock 2nd gen CRX HF continues. I found another one with a few dents on the hood and passenger side fender which once I get the pics of that I'm sure I can live with it, but they told me the check engine light is coming on which after they ran the code found out it's an O2 sensor.
Just wondering how difficult it is to replace this sensor. I know a replacement sensor runs about $35 shipped, but wonder how easy/difficult it is to replace it (i.e. how hard is it to access, remove, and replace it)?
I worry about it since the CRX is out of state and me living in California I would need to get that thing smogged pretty soon after getting it to register it. Thanks fellas.

$35 for an o2 sensor!? LINK to the site?

its pretty easy, i think its an 18mm wrench, just unplug the sensor, and wrench off the sensor which is located in the exhaust manifold.

sometimes they can be a pain, just use some wd40 or some sort of lube to loosen it up it the o2 is stuck.

Actually it's $32.90 with free shipping.
It's the 4th in the link: http://www.drivewire.com/honda....html

do you have an autozone near you? the one by me lets you rent out an o2 sensor removal socket for free..and you have a couple days to bring it back..

but a 7/8 wrench will work also,,

How well do those aftermarket O2 sensors work and would it be better to spend the extra money on a OEM Honda O2 sensor.

The reason I ask this is because the one on that link is $32 and Honda wants $150.

my car sometimes throws an 02 sensor code, but everytime i turn the car off, it goes away... the code usually goes on when i'm in gear and i let it ride without gasing or braking.
