Will the dealer warranty my bearings, with lowering springs?
Well, looks like my front right bearing is shot. Yeehaw.
Anyway, im takn it in the dealer to get it fixed wednesday.. under warranty. When they see the lowering sprigs, wil it be voided?
Iv had a 3" AEM CAI and they replaced my engine lsat year
Worst comes to worse, how much can it cost to fix one?? parts and labour

Cool thx guys,
I mean in general, its a wheel bearing within the hub right, how can lowering springs have any effect on it? I'd definetly wouldn't expect them to change my shocks or whatever other suspension parts because of lowering springs, but i believe that the bearings should have no effect from that.
Can someone please give me some argumentive advice on how lowering springs should not have any effect on the wheel bearings that i can use JUST IN CASE.
Also, i have 55k miles, my factory warranty is 60k /5 years. So im still good for another 5k and till June.
Iv also just recently had 4 bearings replaced in my transmission last month at their dealership.

depending on how low they drop your car, the nevative camber can cause pre-mature bearing wear......

i thought the labor was the expensive part? the actual bearing is cheap

Hope so, or i guess ill be out $200 bucks which sucks.
But yeah, they have already replaced my motor, rebuilt my trans.. so a wheel bearing shouldn't be a problem, either way.. they are a dealership and getting paid for it by Acura, so how can they complain?
I have never owned a vehicle that has given me so many headaches.... i am never buying a used tuner car in my life again.

But id also like to add im fortunate to have the new engine, and nice crisp trans.. so I guess i get a fresh start with it .
Shes definetly a keeper , was plannin on selln it.. but I dont want to buy another used car when i know I have a ITR with a fresh drivetrain, no point buying someone elses problems or getting into ****.
Little stuff like this is obvious maintaince, like in any other vehicle. But i do hope warranty covers it
cross y our fingers for me guys

wtf that's unheard of a dealership doing that.. most try to get out of any warranty business
techs generally get paid a flat rate, the service department don't like doing **** for free like that
hm, my ITR has had no problems minus the common maintenance.. urs must have been real beat on
