Default idle/timing/ everythig problem

the engine is a shitty d15b8. when i first got the engine it ran fine, now after chaging the dizzy twice and oil regularly the car feels like it lost all its power ( barely had any to start with) it would bog down at every take off, burn up oil like it was nothing, engine would make horrible clicking sounds like 2 of the cyclinders werent firing, idles close to 500 and less feels liek the car could die out and any moment. i know you guys are going to tell me to get a new engine but im still in school and saving up, this is my daily driver so i want the engine to last at lest until summer time. any help would be much appreciated

sorry the questions i wanted to know were:
how can i check if im misfiring or not firing at all? how can i fix that?
what can i do about the burning oil?
is my idel problem related to my timing? how can i fix that?
