Timing issues??? from a start.
If you let the clutch out without giving it enough gas the car will bog down. To fix the problems you can either put the clutch back in and let it get back to idle and try again. Or just ride it out.
Ive read this happens sometimes when you have your timing off a tooth. Its also really difficult to launch up hills. You have to take it to 2-3 grand to make sure you dont bog down.
set up: b7,block/z6 head. Mini-me
also car runs rich as mess.
looking for some ideas.

check your IACV? may be its the culprit..
or maye you have your timing a bit retard, advance it a little at the cam gear but check first if there are no valves that will hit the piston while rotating the crank..
