Default Tein S-Techs VS. Comptech Springs

Whats up everyone? I have the spring rates on the teins..but just curious if anyone knows the spring rates on the comptechs? I've seen some pics of both dropped on aftermarket rims, but does anyone have any pics with these springs on stock 17" si wheels? I wanna have as little camber problem as possible with as close to stock ride as i can get while eliminating the wheel well gap. Thats why i've been leaning towards the comptechs b/c its only an inch drop...however i read somewhere that on a s2000 they used comptechs and after a while the covering came off the springs. Thanks for any help or pics.

FYI..I just got off the phone with comptech and they told me that their springs are progressive. The fronts start out at 140lbs and work their way up to 300lbs, and the rears start out at 150lbs and work their way up to 200lbs. I'm not exactly sure of how that works, but that is what their tech guy told me. Any pics of stock si wheels with the comptech springs would be appreciated.

Comptechs will actually improve handling as opposed to just being a "style master" like the S-Techs.
Check out Type X's review of them:

yeah, i saw type Xs dropped on comptechs and it looks really nice. He's got 17s with a smaller tire. So i figured my stock 17s with all seasons with fill it perfectly and since its not a big drop will barely affect my whole suspension including camber / toe / shock work / etc.

probably not. I cant imagine the camber being bad at all. I had a 2.5" drop on my other car with coilovers and it wasnt to bad. So i see an inch being almost nothing at all. comptechs front camber adjuster are prett cheap but the rear ones are like 140/piece.

i would go comptech over tein. i dont know, X's drop looks alot better than some other FGs i've seen with comptech springs... i think you just gotta have the right set of wheels i think im going with eibach sportlines... i like the drop better and hopefully it'll be a happy medium between the two being discussed.
