Cold bottom rad hose...Problems...need help???
So I did a zc swap first off. Before i did the swap my temp gauge didn't work and i was having overheating problems on long trips without the heat on.
Now that the d15 died i replaced it with a sohc zc. runs and seems fine but my fan never comes on and my bottom rad hose feels empty and never gets warm. Since my temp gauge doesn't work i have no idea if i'm overheating.
Can someone please help me out?

yeah i have a fresh new one in there and i even took it out and boiled it to see if it opens and it did. i have no idea why it won't open while in the car.
could be air in the radiator. had the same thing happen in iraq with a hummer.. open the radiatior cap and let it run for a long time.. watch the bubbles slowly come up
