is that the only mod you have for your mr2?

2.5" downpipe into the 3" exhaust, nothing silly like a cat inline at all, custom Greddy style intercooler that flows better than the Greddy (completely shrouded and fan), disabled OEM 2-stage boost controller as it was causing creep, reset boost to 15psi (2 of that is still creep ), EGR system removed, A/C removed, removed the cold start injector in favor of a GM intake temp sensor, and probably a few things I'm forgetting... also have a new intake ready for ditching the OEM vane air sensor and switching to speed density around summertime with a standalone.

haha you read my mind, that is in fact, what I have sitting on the table next to me

The MR2's dual (technically triple) VR sensor dizzy is the only tricky part

Ill take my GReddy intercooler over your "Greddy style" intercooler. Oh and Gen III for the win!

I ran with a few MR2's at the strip on friday, I know they were out of there element but I was expecting them to pull better times than they did.

are you a member of MSEFI forum? also Hybridz.org guys might be able help you out, despite the fact that it is mainly a Zcar forum.

The Berk Technology IC kit I got was $600 shipped, same core size as Greddy, bar/plate style as opposed to Greddy's less efficient tube/fin, had full piping with 3 ply silicone hump hoses, and included the 8" fan and shrouds for both vent and fan sides. It flowtested and dynoed slightly higher than the Greddy so I bought it. The Greddy at $800 without fan or shrouding is way to high in my opinion. Now the Spearco at $1000 on the other hand is probably worth it as it has everything the Berk kit does with a large core size increase.

And yes... Gen III is damn nice

Yes, I am on the msefi forum, I'll check out hybridz!

sorry I was in a crappy mood last night. Do you have any pics of your MR2? Are you on MR2OC? That board sucks compared to HT but there isnt much else.

Yup I'm on MR2OC but haven't taken any pics of my car really, and yes... compared to HT, that site is pretty poor, not only do you get flamed by users but sponsors as well... pretty bad business practice IMO.

KO Downpipe, Tanabe is pretty poor from what I've read. Berk is top notch for price, next step up would be Spearco for $1k but after that you either have to go A2W or trunk mount.
