Have you seen this guy? He's a H-T member and he claims to be the fastest/ best driver out there. Yes, he's ego is bigger than he is.

A claimed 1:07 is OK on non-R compound tires.
With R tires (205 BFGs) and an entirely stock car, I've run consistent 1:04s at LRP. Which is fast, until you get crushed by a guy doing 1:00s.

Hey, I never said I was blistering fast out there. I screwed up big bend both times during TT and I was STILL braking just a bit for the downhill...and it cost me. I know I was faster through most of the sections than last year, and thats always a g00d sign. Hopefully when I view the video tape it will confirm my suspicion that my last session was faster than my TT times....BTW the ambient temperature was in the low 40s....so traction was slightly reduced...
