Tein S-Tech or H&R sport for AGXs?
Which one is better springs for my AGXs? My car is Civic EG and daily driven with occasion sprited driving. Both springs are about the same lowering at 1.7~1.8 f and r. Teins are $145 shipped and H&Rs are $170 shipped from ebay stores. Which ones are better for me? I need your experienced opinion.
Thanks guys.

H&R have stiffer rates but not terribly so over the stechs. I would go with the H&R springs over the tein personally. Also theyre cheaper at http://www.allsprings.com $149.50 shipped for 92-95 civic. They will match pretty well with AGX

I already checked allsprings.com and they charge $39.39 for shipping.
So they are not cheaper. The best price so far is $170 shipped.

I have heard the bump stop has to be cut by in half.

Never use less than 1" of bump-stop. More is better though, so if your not too low, don't go overboard...

i just installed some S techs on someones CRX HF. honestly, those springs didnt look any stiffer than stock. in fact they had smaller diameter spring coil. i certainly dont know the modulus of rigidity between the two materials, and yes the S techs had 1 less coil for lowering than stock, but they really seemed like they were just made to match stock rates.
i wasnt impressed. shrug. (and yes, they were the authentic teins, not the sticker labelled fake ones)
id go with eibach prokits.
