Need help quick!!!! (Swap info)
Hello,
Sorry to bug you guys with such stupid questions but......
I am planning on doing a 93 Integra B18A swap into a 94-95 Civic DX Hatchback, I have the opportunity to get some Spoon Headers at a great price and I was wondering if the Headers carried over in the swap. Does anyone know how the exhaust will bolt up after the swap? For instance does the stock DX exhaust bolt up to the B series Header? I have read that the cat will be about 1 in short of the exhaust manifold, is that true? If so where do i find this cat? I have heard of one that Landspeed Racing makes called "Powercore Direct Fit" and they are designed for swaps, but I have no luck finding them
Thanks again everyone

Does that header have a 2.25" or 2.5" collector?
Is the header meant for the B18A1?
I thought you said you were doing a B16 swap in the other thread?

The header says it's for a 1993 Acura Integra LS/RS, it doesn't say what size the collector is, but it does say "Easy Direct bolt-on Installation, Require NO Modification." My engine is a B18A from a 93 Integra RS, what size is the exhuast in the DX (2.25"?) and what is it for the '93 Integra RS (2.5"?). When I do the swap I plan on upgrading the exhaust on the dx to it's up to par with the engine, so I wonder what size the piping needs to be, or what exhuast would work best with the match up, I kinda want to get a RS-R exhaust.
I have read that if I swap the '93 Integra B18A into the 94-95 Honda Civic DX Hatchback, I can use my B18A Header and Cat and use a Honda Civic EX Coupe Exhaust for the DX and everything should match up.
Can anyone verify this?
