GSR Cams and camgears + b16a3

i was wondering if its worth it if i change the cams out of my b16a3 with GSR cams + camgears?
what are the gains?

arnt the cams the same? i know that jdm b16a cams are different but i think that these two are the same.

They are not the same. The GSR cams have slightly more lift and duration. If they are free and you can do the work yourself, sure why not. They'll be good for a couple. I wouldn't pay though.

Hmmm...according to that 98 JDM ITR cams are the same too. Good reference.
