GSR cams?

is it true that GSR cams has bigger lifts then b16A cams?

yes but there is no reason to go to gsr cams unless you are going turbo i think it will only give you 2whp gain on a n/a motor

well I am going turbo..so ur saying that there good cams for turbo?

Can make a difference of 20 - 40whp depending on how much power you're going to run. Theres a dyno here somwhere showing swapped out cams. I think this was with a 350whp setup on an lsvtec.
